These large Boulders are dumped on our property between Building H and Thistle Lodge. Can our Board give any explanation? Does it require a Sanibel City permit to cross right-a-ways?

Why choose these Monsters to replace the shady shortcut to the Pool? The path has been there for almost 25 years. It used to be a fine Boardwalk with Handrails that should have been replaced with our Hurricane Insurance.

Is this a blockage to keep our Owners from visiting the Weddings? It seems to be a planned Blockage against Owners of Casa Ybel.

Who is responsible and who paid for the Blockage?
