Greetings from the frozen North!
I just finished looking at the new website and wanted to congratulate you. It is
a wonderful addition for all of us that own timeshare at Casa Ybel. We have
owned week 10 in 156F almost from the beginning and really would like to have
stayed for 2 weeks this year. We wanted to rent week 11 in our unit 156F but
could not locate the owner. Today I find that the week is available but since we
had to make other arrangements it's too late. *Somewhere* *along the line I
missed the announcement of the website*. Believe me, I won't forget it's
there from now on. Casa Ybel continues to be our favorite place to vacation and
we look forward to arriving in March.
I am a travel agent and have 4 families booked for the March and April arrivals.
It's easy to sell such a great place!
Keep up the good work. This was a much needed tool.

Fellow Casa Ybel Owner:
This letter should remind us that our old contract between owners and the front
office has expired.
This expired contract gave the front office an exclusive right to handle rentals
of our units with a 35% commission, and the board promised not to interfere and
disallowed any reference to *CasaYbel.com * to appear in all the official
communications to owners.
The board members cannot hide behind this agreement any longer, and have to
agree to mention the availability of the owners website *CASAYBEL.com* to all
owners. I f owners would write a note to all board members that you expect an
announcement to this effect to appear in the next issue of the "Sand script",
our communication letter which is paid by the owners.
So far all reference to www.casaybel.com has been surgically removed form any
communication from the board.
The listing of the board members are under top left shell ( Florida Fighting
Conch).
Please make them aware of your existence.
Thank you
